Hello, I'm Julia Kate Mitchell,

an autistic advocate and life skills coach dedicated to working with autistic women looking to cultivate a life of purpose and fulfillment. My own journey has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges and strengths that come with being an autistic woman. I'm passionate about creating a safe space for my clients to explore their identity and build a life that feels authentic to them.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of befriending and working with incredible women who have supported me on my path to self-discovery. My approach focuses on practical, real-world skills combined with a deep dive into self-worth and identity. I'm a firm believer that reflection, understanding and communicating your boundaries strengthens your relationships, and overall well-being.

I’ve had the honour of guiding people on the spectrum as they strengthen their self-esteem, build their confidence, and learn to navigate the world on their own terms. I understand that traditional coaching doesn't always work for us, which is why I use a client centred, neuro-affirming approach that is tailored to the autistic experience. My mission is to partner with you on your personal empowerment journey; to watch you embrace who you are, celebrate your unique identity, and build a life filled with authentic connections.

Whether you're looking to enhance your relationships, understand your own needs, or simply feel more confident in who you are, I'm here to support you. Let's work together to unlock your potential and build a life you love.
